Stéphane Secco, who has moved from the Rue Jean-Nicot boutique of famed baker Jean-Luc Poujauran (who now bakes bread exclusively for Parisian restaurants), continues to turn out wonders. The classic sourdough baguettes au levain and country-style boules de campagne are to be recommended, as is the lemon tart and my favorite tomato tart, a simple but sublime puff pastry topped with slices of fresh tomatoes, a touch of cheese, and a shower of black olives.
